Terms of Use

1. Overview of the Service

Snapty provides software tools that allow hosts to create and operate direct booking websites, accept payments, manage calendars, and communicate with guests. Snapty is not a party to any rental agreement between a host and a guest and does not own, manage, or control any listing.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Snapty.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Host Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your listings, pricing, availability, house rules, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will honor all confirmed reservations made through your Snapty-powered booking site.
• You will clearly disclose cancellation policies, fees, and house rules to guests.
• You are responsible for guest experiences, disputes, refunds, and chargebacks.

Snapty does not guarantee bookings, occupancy, or revenue.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Payment Processing

Snapty integrates with third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By using Snapty, you agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms. Snapty does not store full payment card information.

4.2 Fees

• Snapty may charge flat fees, booking fees, or application fees as described on the Platform.
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Snapty reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.

4.3 Taxes

Hosts are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Guest Relationships

• Any rental agreement is solely between the host and the guest.
• Snapty is not responsible for guest conduct, property damage, cancellations, refunds, or disputes.
• Hosts authorize Snapty to send booking confirmations and transactional communications on their behalf.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Snapty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for operating and promoting the Platform.

6.2 Snapty IP

All Snapty software, design, trademarks, and technology are owned by Snapty or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

7. Acceptable Use

• Use Snapty for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Misrepresent listings or availability
• Interfere with the Platform’s operation or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to Snapty systems
• Send spam or malicious content

8. Third-Party Services

Snapty may integrate with third-party services. Snapty is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

Snapty is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snapty disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapty’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Snapty in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snapty from claims arising out of your listings, bookings, or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

Snapty may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose risk, or if required by law or a payment processor.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Snapty after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
